Mainly marketing reasons, they insist on selling it as a smoking alternative and budel it with nicotine cartridges.. It falls under the FDA as a consumable. If they made non nicotine cartridges like caffeine for instance, sold them as dietary supplements using the mist as a conveyor, we would see them in stores.

Google “electronic cigarette”. You should be able to dig up more accurate information then watching these lame videos. I’ve a user of e-cigarettes for months now, and let me tell you the quality of these devices are not the same.

Why pay so much when you can get it for half the price? Oh ya they have to pay there down line! I bought mine from smartfixx at half the price.
